monkeykiss and her co-star Rebecca wrote a really great song which was the driving musical force throughout the play. I love it. I even got them to teach it to me. The play was too effing short, though and I told the writer so. Despite the brevity, it was a good show which left me yearning to hear more (more!) of their lovely voices. MK's mom did a really cool job of acting as a coked-out rockstar, by the way. I had no idea she was, like, a diety in Portland theatre history. Wow. The people we know.
