nubi_fae1.) I agree with Steve Jobs (and that has nothing to do with the fact that I am a willing and honest shill). DRM is bogus, a waste of time, and at best, indefensible. Anyone who criticises Apple or the iTunes/Pod for having DRM ahas over looked one basic fact: The RIAA forced Apple and Microsoft (yep there is a Zune Store, kids) to have DRM on all the songs as a form of copy protection, yet 200 billion CDs by the RIAA are sold every year without such protection. Jobs is right on the money to find the fatal flaw in the RIAA's logic. It astonds me to no end the Jobs be takenb to task for it. The argument has nothing to do with protecting the artists. Dumb, dumb capitalists!

Spare me the "we are intellectually superior than thou" argument when it comes to the news about comparing the death of [redacted because people are sick to death of hearing her name] to someone who is apparantly in some people's eyes more important and smarter. Perhaps the dumb blonde thing was an act ... and you fell for it?
